Hello, my name is Nilda. I am from San Juan, PR and I love to clean because there is nothing more satisfying than coming home to a nice clean, good smelling home. Cleaning homes comes natural to me as I have been doing it for a vèry long time. I enjoy party planning, trying new recipes and reading books on my spare time. Nilda and Nancy did a great job cleaning the apartment, but there was more than the usual amount of things moved around. Also, while I am sure they thought it was helpful to remake our beds and move our towels, it actually created more work for me. I appreciate the thought but would have preferred that these things not have been done.

The apartment looked clean and was tidy, but I didn't like how the bathrooms were done. They smelled as if an old sponge/rag was used to clean the surfaces and there were still stains in and around the toilet bowl.

Good job for first time. I paid extra for windows to be cleaned and they were not. Would like you to dust harder spots (like bottom edge of frames, globes). Would like you to come every 2-weeks.

She left earlier than the scheduled time. She didn't put trash liners in any of the trash cans (and there were liners in there when she came). She moved everything around - I thought some of the suggestions were fine, but I went to take a shower to find all my shower stuff under my sink. Why would you put it under my sink? Or my memorabilia signed football helmet on a window seal with direct sign light (it will ruin it). So I spent 45 minutes moving my house back the way I wanted it. Cleaning was pretty good- although vacuuming was my main thing and it wasn't done too well.

Good first impression of Nilda as she was punctual. She was keen to listen to what specifically needed to be cleaned, and what could be ignored. I noticed she was thoughtful in her method and ordering of cleaning. In addition, Nilda paid attention to detail. She finished in under the recommended time, and was very forthcoming saying so. I appreciated her honesty. I will very likely retain her for future cleanings. My only suggestion is that she puts a little more emphasis in placing furniture and items in their original positions after rearranging them to clean.
