It is our first time having Kevin. He confirmed a couple of days prior to the service, and arrived like 5-8 minutes earlier (which is reassuring for me since I do not need to worry about whether my cleaner would actually show up...). As for the cleaning, he was easy to communicate, understands your needs, and takes time to clean carefully while at the same time moves quickly. We would definitely book Kevin again for our future cleaning needs.
