How to invoice jobs

Once you finish a job, you'll have option to charge your client.

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

  • Go to the 'Past' section of the 'My Jobs' tab.
  • Select the job that you want to invoice (it should have the 'Invoice not sent' notice).
  • Tap 'Invoice' > 'Charge Client' > Make sure that all details are correct > Charge.

If you're using your browser:

  • You'll see a 'Charge Client' button on your dashboard.
  •  If the job start time or duration changed, update the job details & click 'Save Changes' to make the button appear.
  • Once your changes have been saved, click 'Charge Client'.

Reminder:  Submit your hours by Sunday night. Your pay is processed every Monday & arrives in your bank account within 3 business days.
