How can we help?

You can reset your hourly rate as frequently as you want.

If you’re a new cleaner or if you have a small number of repeat clients, we recommend setting a lower rate to quickly build your recurring client base. We also encourage you to set a reasonable hourly rate based on:

• Your prior Cozy Maid work experience and reviews
• The number of new customers you want to attract 
• Your city's going rate for professional cleaning services

Important: Your new rate takes effect on all new requests. Your hourly rate for confirmed jobs and requests are not changed. 

To reset your rate, follow the steps below.

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

1. Go to the 'My Account' tab.
2. Select 'Cleaning settings' > 'Hourly rate'.
3. Set your preferred hourly rate for new and repeat clients, and hit 'Save'.

If you're using your browser:

1. Click here, or
2. Click your name at the top right part of your dashboard.
3. Select 'Pay Rate' from the drop-down menu.
