How does your pricing work?
Our cleanings are priced on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Your total price is based on the rate that your cleaner sets and the number of hours you select, along with a booking fee that starts at 5%. If you have an active ForeverClean membership, your cleanings are discounted up to 50%.
We'll show you the estimated cost immediately after booking, and the cost may change if you add extra hours to your appointment.
If you have a voucher, your voucher's hours will be applied first and any exceeding hours will be charged at your cleaner's standard hourly rate.
View your claimed job estimate by going to your Upcoming appointments > Your upcoming appointment > 'Payment details'.
For a deeper clean, you can request extra services (such as refrigerator or oven cleaning) by leaving a note for your cleaner when scheduling your appointment. Your cleaner may also contact you about adding more time to the appointment if the extra tasks cannot fit into the allotted time.
You can help your cleaner by prioritizing what is most important to you in your notes or with them when they arrive.
