How do alternate start times work?

Some clients include alternative start times for their appointments. These are viewable when you're claiming a job.

To view if a job has an alternate start time, follow the steps below.

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

  1. Go to the 'Browse' tab, and select a job.
  2. If alternate start times are included, they will be listed under 'Available start times'.
    • To claim one of them, tap 'Claim Job'.
    • Select the time that you want to confirm, and tap 'Claim'.

If you're using your browser:

  1. Go to your dashboard's Upcoming Jobs & Requests page.
  2. Select a job.
  3. A job with alternate start times would have a drop-down list that you may choose from.
