My cleaner cancelled

You shouldn't have to deal with uncertainty around your schedule and if your cleaner cancelled on you, we sincerely apologize.  We recommend taking the following actions:

  • Verify that your existing appointment schedule is accurate on your Account Dashboard.
  • If the cleaner who canceled is still matched with you, from your Upcoming Appointments or Completed Appointments, click on Manage > Report an Issue > My cleaner rescheduled or cancelled > Reschedule with a new cleaner
  • You can also  create a Priority Last-Minute Request with a different cleaner through this link.

Please note that our platform automatically records when cleaners cancel on clients.  We will automatically be following up with your cleaner to underscore the consequences of their actions & make sure it doesn't happen again.  Their account standing is also adversely affected.
