My cleaner cancelled

We sincerely apologize if your cleaner has canceled. We recommend doing the following actions:

If your appointment is still matched with your cleaner:

  1. Go to your dashboard, and select your appointment.
  2. Scroll down and click 'Report an issue' > 'My cleaner rescheduled or cancelled'.
  3. Select whether you wish to 'Match New Cleaner and keep your schedule' or 'Match New Cleaner and reschedule'.

If your appointment was canceled, you may submit a new request here.

Rest assured that we will automatically follow up with your cleaner to underscore the consequences of their actions & make sure it doesn't happen again.
