My cleaner cancelled
You shouldn't have to deal with uncertainty around your schedule and if your cleaner cancelled on you, we sincerely apologize. We recommend taking the following actions:
- Verify that your existing appointment schedule is accurate on your Account Dashboard.
- If the cleaner who cancelled is still matched with you, please contact us so we can rectify this.
- You can also contact us to create a Priority Last-Minute Request as early as 2 business hours from now with a different cleaner
Please note that our platform automatically records when cleaners cancel on clients. We will automatically be following up with your cleaner to underscore the consequences of their actions & make sure it doesn't happen again. Their account standing is also adversely affected.
