My cleaner cancelled
We sincerely apologize if your cleaner has canceled. We recommend doing the following actions:
If your appointment is still matched with your cleaner:
- Go to your dashboard, and select your appointment.
- Scroll down and click 'Report an issue' > 'My cleaner rescheduled or cancelled'.
- Select whether you wish to 'Match New Cleaner and keep your schedule' or 'Match New Cleaner and reschedule'.
If your appointment was canceled, you may submit a new request here.
Rest assured that we will automatically follow up with your cleaner to underscore the consequences of their actions & make sure it doesn't happen again.
