How Do I Reactivate My Account?
If you have violated Homeaglow policy, your account may be permanently deactivated. Reasons include violations of trust or safety, excessive canceling/rescheduling, poor reviews, and unprofessional client communication.
Your Account Dashboard homepage may show the reason why your account has been set no requests or suspended
If you were incorrectly deactivated, you may submit an appeal and one of our cleaner support agents will review the circumstances regarding your account deactivation. You will be notified via SMS once your account has been reactivated.
