How do I contact my client?

After you claim a job, your client's contact info, including phone number and full address, can be found by selecting their job on your dashboard or your app.

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

  1. On the 'My Jobs' tab, select the client that you wish to contact under either of 'Upcoming' or 'Past' Jobs.
  2. Once you locate your client, tap on the gray 'Contact' button.

If you're using your browser:

  1. Go to your dashboard's My Upcoming Jobs and Requests page.
  2. Click 'View / Edit Details'.
  3. Select the client that you want to contact, and click 'Call' or 'Text'.
