Cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment are fully refundable.
We understand schedules change. That's why it's free to reschedule or cancel any Cozy Maid appointment up to 24 hours before it starts.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are not refundable.
Once a Cleaning Professional has accepted your job request, your appointment is locked into their schedule and they cannot take on other clients during that time. Last-minute cancellations lead to unfillable time slots in your cleaner's schedule & lost earnings.

  1. Visiting your Account Dashboard
  2. Clicking on the appointment you wish to cancel
  3. Clicking on the "Manage Appointment" button, then clicking on Cancel this appointment
